The ugly truth is that worrying does absolutely nothing positive for our life. Worrying causes stress, headaches, anxiety disorders, heart problems, depression, lack of sleep, and other physical and psychological symptoms. I have never read or heard of anyone who has been able to list any positive attributes of worrying. Worry is also a waste of energy. I know all too well about the wastefulness of worry, but I also know there are ways to address it. Today I’ll share one of those ways with you.

Mindfulness brings us back into the present so we can stop worrying about things. With mindfulness you will be able to relax enough to develop a clear mind and make better decisions. In order to make sound decisions you need to be in the present. Anxiousness is not a healthy state of mind to be in when having to make decisions.
