I created this blog to provide resources, encouragement and a variety of information for Christians who have ADHD.  Being a Christian with ADHD can sometimes create barriers in our spiritual formations and disciplines.

If there is anything that I would like people to know it is this: ADHD is not a sin and cannot be simply “prayed” away; the symptoms of ADHD are real. The symptoms of ADHD don’t resemble the attributes of what we describe as being filled with the “fruits of the spirit” or Christlike behaviour; but it doesn’t make those with this disorder any less Christian.

  1. Why did post end July 2018 ? Waiting for another 31 day mindfulness
This site has changed my life for the better. I was in a really dark place. The 31 day devotional and reading the archive post help transform my heart, soul, my mind, confidence, attitude, my faith grew stronger than ever. My wife and I were on a path of reconcilation. Can we expect any of it returning ? Thank you and God Bless

  2. I am interested in Spiritual Formation as it relates to individuals with Learning Challenges. I couple with Sports Ministry in regards to athletes finding their sense of ZONE when involved with their sport. Being in the ZONE is an expression of reaching a sense of mind, body and soul connections.
